Absolutely delicious jams and chutney, just like the best of homemade, and staff a great too

Excellent service and range of quality products

Very disappointed, I have bought on line previously but my order of April this year one of the jars was broken covering the remaining jars in chutney and glass fragments. The items were inadequately packed with no notification of the contents and its fragile nature. I emailed Raydale Preserves immediately but got no response whatsoever. Buyer Beware I won't be buying from them again! FOLLOW UP....I'm pleased to say Raydale Preserves contacted me immediately on receiving my review, apologising as my 1st email had gone missing. They have resent the order which I have just received, very well packaged and all in tact. Many thanks.

A tasty selection of jams and chutneys that are made on the premises. I buy from them every time I'm in the dales since coming across them.

First bought from this manufacturer on a visit to the cheese factory in Hawes & continued to do so for years. Then came covid & I rang them. They posted my order. I have had several orders since & have introduced family & friends to their amazing products. Now hooked on the sloe jam. This week I intend on visiting their premises for the first time. I will not be leaving empty handed. Can highly recommend the fiery farmers, strawberry & champagne, orange & prosecco marmalade & the summer fruits & sloe gin jam.

Although there's are available in Hawes shops this is the factory of a huge selection of jams and chutneys. Worth a visit.

The jam and preserves are incredible and very varied. Other things sold here are great too. The walks from the village are all good
